Harrow & Wembley Closed Championship Success!

Frankie and Rishi teamed up in the Junior Doubles event and produced an outstanding performance to become Champions. From the very first round they showed excellent teamwork, communication and composure under pressure. In the final, they played with great maturity, grit and determination, supporting each other superbly throughout and proving to be the perfect partnership. Their chemistry, smart tactical play and fighting spirit saw them secure a brilliant victory and lift the Junior Doubles title together.
It was a well-deserved win for both players and a wonderful achievement.
Frankie also had an exceptional run in the Cadet Boys’ Singles event, progressing all the way to the final. In the final he faced top player and top seed Oskar Nikoli. Frankie competed with tremendous courage and belief, producing some outstanding rallies and stretching Oskar particularly in the first two sets with a very mature and high-quality performance.
Although he narrowly missed out on the title, finishing as runner-up is a fantastic achievement. Frankie showed resilience, composure and real competitive character on the big stage, demonstrating just how much he has developed as a player. His attitude, focus and determination throughout the tournament were exemplary.
Well done Frankie on reaching the final and performing at such a high level, and well done to both Frankie and Rishi on becoming Junior Doubles Champions.
A brilliant championship performance all round — very well done!
