National Cadets success
We’re thrilled to celebrate a hugely successful day for Stanmore Table Tennis Club at the Cadets British Club League, held on 23rd March 2025 at Westminster School. Our young players gave everything on the day and walked away with an incredible set of results across multiple divisions — a brilliant reflection of the hard work being put in across the club.
In Division 1, we were proud to see two Stanmore teams finish at the very top. Stanmore B, made up of Bethany, Krit and Frankie, were crowned champions after a series of commanding performances. They worked seamlessly as a unit, showing discipline and tactical maturity far beyond their years. Right behind them, Stanmore A — featuring Aaron, Maahi and Rahul — secured 2nd place, ensuring that Stanmore teams took the top two spots in the league’s most competitive division.
In Division 2, Stanmore C — with Daniyal, Aditya and Riki — displayed fantastic determination and resilience to secure a 3rd place finish. They played with heart and showed how much they’ve grown together as a team over the season, taking on every challenge with confidence and composure.
Stanmore D went on to win Division 3, with a team of Sway, Rohan, Dilan and Shrey. Their journey through the day was filled with exciting rallies, close matches, and brilliant teamwork. They remained focused throughout, handling pressure situations with maturity and calm heads — and deservedly finished top of their group.
And last but not least, Stanmore E were crowned Division 5 champions, with Sid, Kaelan, Sohum, Krish and Daksh putting in a solid team performance. Their enthusiasm and encouragement for one another stood out all day long, and their positive energy made a big difference in key matches.
To come away with three divisional titles, a second-place finish, and a third-place medal from just one competition is an incredible accomplishment. Well done to all the players who took part — you’ve made Stanmore Table Tennis Club proud!
