Stanmore Dominates at National Cadet League

It was an extraordinary and action-packed weekend for Stanmore Table Tennis Club at the National Cadet League, as the club produced a truly dominant performance across all divisions, bringing home an incredible collection of medals.

Across the board, Stanmore delivered a remarkable standard of performance, with 5 out of 6 teams reaching the podium and 3 teams crowned champions. With 25 players representing the club, this marks the most successful National Cadet League campaign in Stanmore’s history and highlights the incredible strength, depth, and consistency within the club.

Beyond the medals, what stood out most was the spirit, teamwork, and determination shown by every player throughout the weekend. From Division 1 down to Division 4, Stanmore players competed with confidence, composure, and a clear desire to support one another.

A huge well done to all players for their commitment and performances. Special thanks to the dedicated coaches, the older players who stepped in to support and mentor, and the parents for their fantastic help with team management.

Joel from Stanmore Table Tennis club has been delivering regular coaching at Park High School and this has led to a number of students from Park High being involved with the club. Our son (now 12 years of age) has been going for just under a year and half to this club after coming from another where he was not really progressing.
