Stanmore Shine at Junior British League

Stanmore Table Tennis Club delivered another outstanding performance at the Junior British League, with impressive results across multiple teams.

Leading the way, Stanmore A were crowned Division 1 Champions, producing a flawless display throughout the competition. The team of Rohan, Rishi and Shayan were simply unstoppable, winning all of their matches and finishing the event unbeaten to secure a well-deserved Gold Medal.

In Division 2, Stanmore B put in a strong and consistent performance to finish in an excellent 3rd place. The team of Frankie, Neev, Aaron and Daniyal showed great determination and teamwork, earning their place among the top teams.

Also competing in Division 2, Stanmore C finished a very respectable 4th place, with Neev, Daksh and Yousuf all contributing to a solid team effort across the event.

Overall, it was a fantastic showing for the club, with Stanmore A receiving gold medals as Division 1 winners, and Stanmore B also awarded medals for finishing among the top 8 teams across all divisions.

A brilliant achievement across the board and a testament to the players’ hard work and commitment. Well done to everyone involved for another excellent performance.

Joel from Stanmore Table Tennis club has been delivering regular coaching at Park High School and this has led to a number of students from Park High being involved with the club. They have absolutely loved it. Their passion for the sport has grown and they have dedicated any spare time they have to practicing the skills and techniques they have been taught. Our son (now 12 years of age) has been going for just under a year and half to this club after coming from another where he was not really progressing.
