Daniyal Wins Band 1 at Limpsfield

Another fantastic weekend for Daniyal, who added yet another trophy to his growing collection by winning Band 1 in the Under-12 Mixed category at Limpsfield.

Daniyal started strong in the morning session, delivering confident wins against Arden Leung, Quinten Conyer, and Frankie Habib. His consistency and focus carried him through to Band 1, where he picked up two more excellent victories over Pranav Panchamaukhi and Max Haigh.

The highlight of the day came in a thrilling five-set duel against Oscar Todhunter, showcasing Daniyal’s fighting spirit and determination under pressure.

In the end, Daniyal was crowned Band 1 Champion — another well-deserved title and a brilliant achievement for one of Stanmore’s rising stars.

The club is incredibly proud of his continued success and dedication — keep it up, Daniyal!

Joel from Stanmore Table Tennis club has been delivering regular coaching at Park High School and this has led to a number of students from Park High being involved with the club. Under Barry’s leadership and Joel’s coaching he now represents the club at national tournaments which has been amazing to see.
