Stanmore Table Tennis Club is celebrating a phenomenal and historic international-style triumph, as our brilliant young talents Krit and Daniyal took the tournament by storm at the Mini Olympics event hosted by TJ TTC in Kidbrooke!

Representing a combined team for Kenya and Nepal, the dynamic duo delivered a performance for the ages. Aged just 13 and 11 respectively, Krit and Daniyal faced off against older, highly experienced competitors from all over. Yet, neither age nor reputation stood in their way.

During an action-packed group stage, both players put on an absolute masterclass, completely dominating the tables as they each won all four of their singles matches in flawless fashion. 

Their unstoppable momentum propelled them straight into the gold medal final against an undefeated Spain team featuring two older, seasoned competitors.

Shining brightly under pressure, both Krit and Daniyal rose to the occasion in the final, securing two incredible singles wins each to seal a sensational 4-0 whitewash and capture the championship trophy. Defying all expectations with their maturity, composure, and fearless play, Krit and Daniyal completely shocked the finalists and spectators alike.
