Stanmore Shines at Girls Only Cadet British Clubs League

Stanmore Table Tennis Club was proud to take part in the first ever girls only pilot of the Cadet British Clubs League, held at Greenhouse.

The club fielded three strong teams for the occasion. Stanmore A included Penny Mull and Jessie Daniel, Stanmore B included Dhanishhka Gohil and Delina Shavadia, and Stanmore C included Lily Kennedy and Anushka Patel.

It was a superb showing from Stanmore A, who won all five of their matches to top the division. Stanmore B also impressed, winning three out of five matches to finish second in the division. Stanmore C secured one win from five matches, finishing fifth in the division.

Well done to all the Stanmore players who took part in this landmark girls only pilot of the Cadet British Clubs League at Greenhouse. It was a fantastic occasion for girls' table tennis, and Stanmore was delighted to be part of it.

Joel from Stanmore Table Tennis club has been delivering regular coaching at Park High School and this has led to a number of students from Park High being involved with the club. They have absolutely loved it. Their passion for the sport has grown and they have dedicated any spare time they have to practicing the skills and techniques they have been taught. Our son (now 12 years of age) has been going for just under a year and half to this club after coming from another where he was not really progressing.
